The majestic 12 Apostles launched a new offering earlier this year, a Vegan High Tea by the Sea. With more and more people moving towards a plant-based lifestyle this was a smart move, especially since the vegan offering at their Azure restaurant is superb.
Gone are the days of vegan being boring! This mouth-watering spread will bring back all those fond memories of a traditional high tea but completely guilt-free. Think warm fluffy scones, wholesome banana & oat cookies and decadent chocolate cake.
Imaginative finger sandwiches and of course plenty of tea! If it’s a warmer day you can even opt for any of the herbal teas to be made cold, almost into a virgin cocktail if you will. Beverages such as tea and coffee are inclusive of the price and yes they do serve almond and soy milk alternatives.
The Twelve Apostles Vegan High Tea is available daily in the Leopard Bar and Conservatory from 10:00 to 16:00 at R375 per person. 24 hours notice is required for a booking. For more information contact Restaurant Reservations on 021 437 9029 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
